Patrick Rolwes is a Rodney L. Lowman Fellow in Consulting Psychology Research & Consultant.
He has expertise in competency modeling, job analysis, and assessment methodology. In addition to his work with clients, Patrick serves on the firm’s Science and Research teams, where he is responsible for validating tools and processes, and leading product development projects. Prior to working in consulting, Patrick worked with the military to develop and validate competency models and job analyses for the talent management of over 300,000 servicemembers.
Patrick holds a BA in Experimental Psychology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from St. Mary’s University. Patrick has published peer-reviewed articles on digital competence and purpose in work and his research interests include purpose in work, competency modeling, remote work, and assessments. Patrick is currently affiliated with the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
