Madison Keith joined Leadership Worth Following in 2023 and currently serves as a Consultant. She aids in assessing and coaching a variety of clients and writes report deliverables.
Madison graduated from East Central University with a BS in psychology, a minor in business management, and a certificate in global business. She received both her MA (2021) and PhD (2024) in industrial-organizational psychology from The University of Tulsa. Her research focuses on leader identity development and integration, and she particularly enjoys working with underrepresented leaders. She is affiliated with the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Society of Psychologists in Leadership.
