Meet Dr. Bianca Cardenas, a Consultant at Leadership Worth Following who brings her expertise in executive assessments, development, selection, and coaching. She is passionate about unlocking leadership potential that directly impacts the company’s bottom line.
Dedicated to nurturing talent, Bianca conducts in-depth analyses to identify strengths and opportunities in leaders, enhancing training programs with data-driven strategies that accelerate leadership skill development. Her focus areas include strategic leadership, organizational behavior, talent development, and leadership training.
Before joining LWF, Bianca worked as a strategy consultant, leading strategic planning retreats to align the C-suite with the company’s visions and goals. Her academic journey includes a BS in Psychology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, and a PhD where her research explored the link between authentic leadership and employee well-being.
Bianca is also an active member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology, continuously contributing to her field’s knowledge and practice.
