Dr. Myranda S. Grahek has been named President of Leadership Worth Following, LLC, a Las Colinas-based firm of consulting psychologists that helps businesses achieve outstanding results through science-based leadership assessment, coaching, development, and talent planning.
A 10-year veteran of the firm, Dr. Grahek previously served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager.

Dr. Grahek’s appointment will enable LWF Founder & CEO A. Dale Thompson, PhD, to serve current and future clients even more deeply, and to take the Worthy Leadership message into more venues through more channels. LWF Co-founder & Senior Vice President, Jane S. Hansen, PhD; and Vice Presidents, Joseph P. Mosher, PhD, and Cara F. Wade, PhD, will continue in top leadership roles in the firm.

Dr. Grahek earned her Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas, and her undergraduate degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She is a member of the Society of Consulting Psychologists, and the Society of Psychologists in Management. She has also received The Women’s Endowment Early Career Leadership Award through The Foundation for the Advancement of Psychology in Management.
