Dwight Moore, PhD

Dwight Moore is a licensed psychologist, seasoned industrial psychologist and has been involved in maximizing job satisfaction and productivity since 1982. As an industrial psychologist, he blends scientific knowledge with almost three decades of consultation with corporate leaders. The specific services include assessment of executives, coaching, succession planning, teambuilding, and broader organizational development interventions.

Prior to his work with LWF, he worked with prominent global firms such as GlaxoSmithKline, American Express, Pfizer, Tolko Forest Products, and Global Forest Products. Domestic firms include Target, the Port of Bellingham, Ipsos-Reid, NorskeCanada Pulp and Paper, and Connor, Clark, & Lunn Financial Services. As a dual U.S. and Canadian citizen, his practice focuses in North America. He served as Associate Dean of Students at the College of Wooster for four years as well.

Dwight received his BA from Colgate University, his MA from Michigan State University, and his PhD from the University of Minnesota. He served as an examiner for the College of Psychologists in Vancouver, is a member of the Society of Industrial Psychologists (SIOP), and the American Psychological Association (APA). He is licensed in the state of Washington.
