  1. How do I define success?

Success means more than results. This question challenges you to define what success looks like for people, culture, and long-term impact, not just performance metrics. Your definition influences what you reward, reinforce, and measure as a leader. 

  1. What behaviors do I expect of myself and others?

Leadership philosophy must translate into observable behavior. This question sets clear expectations for accountability, communication, and decision-making. It ensures alignment between what you say matters and what you consistently model. 

  1. How will I communicate and live this daily?
