Which LWF value means the most to you and why?
I can’t name just one, but the two values are Clients and Team Members. With our intent of changing the world these are the people (Clients and People) who will be doing the heavy lifting. They will make the positive change and impact real for everyone.
What’s the difference between leadership and worthy leadership?
Leaders can simply exercise power without considering its impact, but worthy leadership elevates all stakeholders—individuals, teams, organizations, and society—to higher goals for the benefit of everyone. It’s not power for power’s sake.

CEO & Corporate Officer

What’s the difference between leadership and worthy leadership?
Leadership is widely studied, but worthy leadership stands out for its humility, integrity, and care. These qualities not only elevate the leader but also empower those they lead, fostering enthusiastic followership and creating a more inspiring, growth-oriented work environment.

“Continually learning and improving” resonates most with me. Leadership is complex, and I enjoy discovering new insights about the topic, myself, and others while supporting others’ growth.
