At LWF, Tem plays an active role in assessing and developing leadership talent. He brings a wealth of experience in helping private, public, and non-profit organizations meet their talent needs including assessment development, leadership development, training design and delivery, recruiting and retention, competency modeling, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, change management, and career development. Tem is passionate about developing people and has dedicated his career to identifying leaders, helping them reach their fullest potential, and positively impacting the people and communities around them.
Tem started his career at eBay Enterprise as a trainer, and has since held a number of consulting roles working with clients to develop and implement their talent acquisition and talent management strategies. He also sat on the Board of Trustees for the Atlantic Housing Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides quality affordable housing and community services for low- and moderate-income families. He currently serves as a selection and assessment professional for the City of Dallas, where he has held various leadership roles developing high-fidelity employment tests and assessment centers for entry-level, middle-management, and executive-level positions.
Tem earned his BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He received an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology, and is currently completing his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology there as well. He is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Association for Talent Development, the International Personnel Assessment Council, and the Dallas Area Industrial/Organizational Psychologists.
