Kendall Ackerman joined LWF in 2017 as an Associate Consultant. In this role, she assists with leadership assessment for selection and development purposes. She works with leaders at the manager, director, and executive levels, using different assessment tools (e.g., personality, 360 feedback, multi-rater inventories) to provide impactful feedback and coaching to clients.
In addition to her assessment work, Kendall also develops and delivers research-based customized assessment centers, including work simulations and supporting materials. She has experience working with organizations in both the private and public sectors, including transportation, retail, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare. During her time at LWF, Kendall has also served on the firm’s Science & Research Team, where she assisted with product development and database management. She continues to leverage her background in research methods and analytics to provide clients with evidence-based solutions, tools, and services.
Kendall graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned her MS in the same field. The primary focus of her graduate studies is in gender differences in leadership and organizational culture. Outside of LWF, she serves as a consultant for the UTA I/O Psychology Center, where she works with clients from a variety of industries to assess and address organizational issues. She is also an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and its local affiliate, DAIOP.
