Brittany Joslyn is a Consultant at LWF, where she plays an active role in assessing, coaching, and developing leaders. She is recognized for her ability to complete thorough, insightful executive assessments in which she integrates a variety of tools (e.g. multi-rater feedback, client interviews, assessment centers, and standardized assessment measures) to provide illuminating feedback to leaders and organizations. Through her diverse background in counseling psychology, career development, and consulting, she has also honed her skillset as an executive coach.
Brittany has worked in the nexus between business and psychology for over ten years. Her areas of expertise include leadership assessment, emotional intelligence, emerging leader and high potential development, ADHD coaching, and career coaching. Brittany is passionate about working with clients to create fulfilling professional lives that then permeate into richer personal lives as well. She is also adept at helping clients hone their self-awareness and uncover new insights. Clients often describe Dr. Joslyn as a thought partner who provides valuable wisdom, guidance, and encouragement instrumental to their professional journeys. Her experience spans a range of industries, such as retail, logistics and transportation, education, engineering and construction, and banking.
Prior to joining LWF, Brittany worked at Mercer in their Human Capital practice, where she completed executive compensation analyses and benchmarked employee compensation for national and multinational firms. Then, Brittany served as a career coach and course instructor at Florida State University’s world-renowned Career Center. While in that role, she regularly led workshops and seminars focused on many topics related to career development, and she co-authored several journal articles.
Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College cum laude in Business Administration and graduated from Florida State University with a PhD in Counseling Psychology. She is an active member of the Society of Consulting Psychology, where she is currently serving on the Leadership Development Initiative. She is also a member of the National Career Development Association, Dallas Area Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, and the Junior League of Dallas. Brittany is a licensed psychologist in the State of Texas.
